TurnUpHosting offers a no hassle 30 day money back gurantee on all hosting plans except for VPS hosting plans. VPS hosting plan purchases are non refundable. Also, VPS plans are currently unmanaged which means TurnUpHosting is only in charge of server physical device and maintenance and not the development of your project. VPS hosting plans are only recommended for advanced developers.

Unmanaged VPS Hosting
By purchasing an Unmanaged VPS Hosting plan from TurnUpHosting, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all aspects of server management. This includes, but is not limited to, installing and maintaining software, applying updates and patches, configuring security settings such as firewalls and SSL, managing data migrations, backups, and troubleshooting any server-related issues. TurnUpHosting does not provide support for server-side tasks on unmanaged plans and is only responsible for maintaining the physical server hardware and network uptime. Unmanaged VPS is recommended for advanced users with system administration experience.
Affiliates
We are grateful for your partnership with TurnUpHosting as an affiliate. All affiliates sales are marked pending until the 40 day mark is reached, at which, the affiliate’s sale is marked complete. Affiliate can request a payout of the commission once the sale is marked complete.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall TurnUpHosting Web Services LLC, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.
